Suddenly I spot Micellar Cleansing Water popping up on the shelves of beauty stores in SG. So what is the rave about this non-rinse formula? It has been around since a long time, but apparently it can absorb all the residue that other removers are unable to pick up. Made of tiny oil molecules suspended in soft water, it is not harsh on my skin after testing it out for a week. Just swipe your face with this clear water and it can replace your facial foam and moisturizer too, but I prefer not to unless I am feeling really really lazy. For thicker eye make-up spend 5 more seconds when you swipe. This is good for sensitive skin and is non-comedogenic, gentle and clinically proven; a mid-range brand that works the bang for your buck.
